  • Booking is simple — click “Book My Session” below or email danny@mediaconcepts.live. Once your date is confirmed, a 50% retainer secures your spot.

  • You can reschedule once with 48-hour notice at no cost. Additional or short-notice changes incur a $50 fee.

  • Sessions begin at the scheduled time with a 15-minute grace period. After that, the session and all payments are forfeited.

  • To preserve Media Concepts’ cinematic style, RAW files aren’t provided. You’ll receive beautifully retouched, ready-to-use images.

  • Please don’t alter or filter your photos — each image is color-graded for a timeless look.

  • Your license covers band promotion (social media, posters, flyers, and album art).
    Merchandise or third-party ads require written consent.

  • Final gallery delivered within 2–4 weeks (priority 10–14 days for extended sessions).

  • Yes — each band member signs a model release form per Wisconsin law (§995.50(2)(b)).

  • If conditions make the shoot impossible, your retainer can be applied to a new date or refunded.
