  • A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event.

  • No problem — additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at the same hourly rate, payable before image delivery.

  • Yes. One complimentary reschedule is allowed with 7-day notice. Short-notice reschedules (within 7 days) incur a $75 fee. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the retainer.

  • You’ll receive an estimated 50–100 fully edited images per hour of coverage — enough to capture all key moments and atmosphere.

  • To ensure consistent quality and style, raw files are not released. You’ll receive beautifully edited, high-resolution images.

  • Yes. You’re granted a perpetual license for personal, internal, and promotional use. For resale or third-party advertising, written consent is required.

  • Your gallery remains active for 90 days after delivery. Files are archived for up to 1 year.

  • In case of illness, emergency, or force majeure, Media Concepts will either refund in full or provide a qualified substitute photographer.
